Midas Records group Emerson Drive has teamed up with Southwest Airlines and the Nashville Film Festival to give one lucky Film Festival attendee an "experience to remember" with the "DING! You Are Now Free To Create A Film" contest. Fans attending the festival can pick up an entry form and register beginning April 17th, explaining what they would title a film about Emerson Drive if they were the filmmaker.
The most creative title will be announced at the festival on April 23rd, and the winner will receive two round-trip tickets to Las Vegas on Southwest Airlines, a four-day/three-night stay at the MGM Grand, two tickets to the 43rd Annual Academy of Country Music Awards and a Flip Ultra Video camera to capture Emerson Drive as they participate in activities surrounding the ACM Awards on May 18th.
E-Drive produced the promotional spot that was filmed on board a Southwest Airlines plane at the Nashville International Airport, and fans can watch it at the Nashville Film Festival's website (www.nashvillefilmfestival.org), on Southwest Airlines' blog (www.blogsouthwest.com) and E-Drive-TV on Emerson Drive's website (www.emersondrive.com). The contest winner's film about Emerson Drive will also be showcased on all three of those websites.
