Teen pop star Miley Cyrus, better known as Hannah Montana and Country artist Billy Ray Cyrus's daughter, has signed a book deal to tell the story of her life. The memoir is expected to hit bookstores in the spring of 2009.

In the book, Miley will discuss the relationship she has with her family, spotlighting the guidance of her mother, Leticia. It will feature previously unseen photos, provide family stories and give fans an inside look at her "circle of loved ones."

Miley said, "I am so excited to let fans in on how important my relationship with my family is to me. I hope to motivate mothers and daughters to build lifetimes of memories together and inspire kids around the world to live their dreams."

The new Hannah Montana movie is currently filming on location in Nashville. Look for it to open in theaters in May 2009.
