Country KRTY(95.3)/SAN JOSE, CA helped to raise over $30,000 in the fight against breast cancer, which isn't bad for their first year. Sales Mgr. TINA FERGUSON, coordinated a team of 10 who participated in the AVON BREAST CANCER WALK over the weekend of JULY 8th & 9th in SAN FRANCISCO. KRTY aided by running promo's to solicit walkers for the team and donations for the cause. One of only 8 walks in the country, this WEST COAST 42 mile trek, featured 2300 walkers and raised over $5.4 million.
